Jessica Jones
Founder & Director – Sectora Group
Jessica brings 20 years of senior leadership experience in recruitment and executive search across sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, commercial, professional services, and FMCG. As founder and driving force behind Sectora Group, she’s passionate about championing exceptional leaders and fostering meaningful connections that create lasting value for everyone involved.
Jessica believes deeply in putting people first — nurturing relationships based on trust, integrity, and mutual growth without expectation. She thrives on building connections that truly prosper both parties, making Sectora more than a search firm, but a strategic partner invested in your long-term success.

Away from work, Jessica feels lucky to live just a stone’s throw from the beach, where she balances a busy family life with two children (and the football and dance classes that come with it). She has a love of the outdoors and fitness. From running (she’s currently training for the London Marathon) and strength training, to paddleboarding whenever she can. Travel is another passion, with Thailand’s islands holding a special place in her heart.
Supporting Julia’s House
At Sectora Group, we believe in building a business that gives back. That’s why we’re proud to support Julia’s House, an incredible children’s hospice charity providing care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Julia’s House receives just 8% of its funding from the government, relying almost entirely on donations to continue its vital work.
Our connection to Julia’s House runs deep. Our Non-Executive Director, Tom Glanfield, has raised thousands for the charity through challenges such as Everest in the Alps and by bidding for three of Julia’s House’s stunning Mermaid Tails, which now have pride of place at his Sandbanks home.
Jess is also a long-standing supporter, having led fundraising initiatives in business and personally committing to run the Bournemouth Half Marathon and the London Marathon in 2026 in aid of Julia’s House.
Sectora Group will continue to support Julia’s House as our main charity partner, through fundraising events, profit-sharing, and ongoing awareness initiatives. We’re also committed to recognising and supporting other inspiring charities along the way, but Julia’s House will always hold a special place at the heart of what we do.
